Rik Kroon

Rik started his career with M3 in 2023 with a specialisation in Flight Performance & Propulsion at Delft University of Technology. Even though this direction does not seem to match with the specialisation of M3, the will to apply his knowledge in strategic problem solving and the ability to break down difficult problems proved to be a great fit with M3.

In his spare time Rik enjoys being on the pitch as a field hockey umpire. Additionally, he still participates in field hockey trainings.
