Eric Jan joined M3 after a career in operations and management consulting. He enjoys having the ability to complete one project, to then move on to something new and completely different right after.

Previous to M3, Eric Jan has worked with Shell, A.T. Kearney, Mobiltel (Bulgaria) and Rabobank, before that, he studied Petroleum Engineering in Delft and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

When he is not working, Eric Jan enjoys cooking, simply because it is so different from work - whilst there is pressure in presenting a meal to guests, he argues that it is “relaxing” pressure.
